• I prepared the engineering, scope of work, budgets, bid documents and managed the contractor installations for:

 

The central offices and employee spaces building construction and other communications spaces from the ground up.  I managed the architects, construction managers and contractors.

 

Building required equipment common systems.  Including the utility, AC power and telecom entrances,  interior AC power systems, DC power systems, UPS installations, generator and transfer switches, HVAC and duct systems. 

 

Fire, safety and security systems.  The installation of wet and dry pipe sprinkler and clean agent fire suppression systems, VESDA smoke sniffing systems.  The door entry access and video surveillance security systems.  Managed disaster recovery programs.
